We stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simply and without fuss.

01 — Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, DM us on Instagram @zashori.in or email us at zashori.in@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a Zashori gift card for the equivalent amount after deducting a ₹250 processing fee. This fee covers return handling, quality inspection, restocking, and payment processing. Gift cards are issued within 5–7 business days and remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Zashori is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Zashori reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in its original condition, including signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

02 — Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like a different colour or design, simply reach out and we'll check availability.

Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery.

Zashori reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

03 — Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration
Gift cards

04 — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a full replacement or issue a gift card at no cost to you — no questions asked.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

05 — Corporate & Wholesale Orders

Returns and exchanges on wholesale or corporate gifting orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your order agreement or contact us directly.

For all courier returns, please ship to the address below. Ensure the package is securely packed and includes your name and order number inside.
