By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

01 — General

These terms apply to all purchases made through zashori.com or via Instagram DM @zashori. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Zashori reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
02 — Products

All products are crafted using pure, fine wool and may have slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. These are not defects — they are a natural characteristic of the material and part of what makes each piece unique.

Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
03 — Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Zashori reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

04 — Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

For COD orders, a handling fee of ₹100 is applicable and will be collected at the time of delivery.

05 — Shipping

Orders are shipped via Shiprocket within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

06 — Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

07 — Intellectual Property

All content on zashori.com and @zashori — including images, copy, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Zashori. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

08 — Limitation of Liability

Zashori is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, natural events, or platform outages.

09 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
